Our Finance team are going through significant programmes of change including the deployment of Workday Finance, Cloud Financials and GetPaid Collections.
We're looking for a capable Senior Finance Analyst, with the ability to take the initiative toward delivering high quality financial information and insights to our senior management team to drive value- add business decisions.
Location - Working From Home / Epsom Head Office
Hours per week - 37.5

Using your experience as a Senior Finance Analyst, you will:
- Develop, improve and deliver timely Financial MI, performance reporting & appraisal
- Support the Commercial & Operational teams with data driven insights
- Deliver financial modelling to support business cases and investment decisions
- Own the budget and forecast process for your business segments
- Identify and enhance process automation
- Own user acceptance testing of reports developed by the BI Team
To succeed as a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be:
- Fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent
- Experienced working in a commercial finance Function, business partnering or FP&A
- Experienced in providing Finance Insight and tracking performance metrics
- Demonstrable track record in commercial analysis, performance measurement and financial modelling
- Experienced in owning budget and forecast delivery within tight deadlines
- Experienced user of reporting tools and techniques
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Desirable to have relevant Industry Experience within Health and Wellbeing Sector
