Description
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices and CIS returns.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: high volume invoice processing; supplier statements; reconciliations; payment runs; resolving and responding to queries; liaising frequently with internal stakeholders to ensure CIS compliance.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in an invoice processing role - Essential
- Have knowledge of CIS - Highly Beneficial
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
