Your new role

As Global Operations Process Supervisor, Senior Associate you will be responsible or setup and maintenance Security Master File, RKS, vendor feeds, data quality validation and client reporting.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily team operations, work and process securities in both Core, IMS and Workflow.
  • Be involved and cooperate with oversight management on QC and daily meetings.
  • Build knowledge on Reference Data Services (RDS) processes and controls. 
  • Navigate and collaborate across the corporation on complex issues.
  • Perform quality control reviews.
  • Provide training and remains accessible as subject matter expert for both internal and external colleagues.
  • Work independently on large projects or assignments that ultimately impact the entire department or multiple areas of the Corporation.
  • Act as lead RDS contact for incoming client transitions.
  • Poss business understanding of external units and Industry standards.
  • Institute new processes and controls proactively to address downstream risks associated with providing accurate and timely market data information.
  • Compile processing data into statistical reporting for Executive Management.
  • Share own experience/knowledge with others; provides guidance and support to less experienced colleagues

What we value

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 years Financial Services Experience as a minimum
  • Possess strong expertise within industry market data.
  • Working knowledge of Reference Data applications: MCH, AC,ESM, HUB, ERP, RKS and Comm HUB is preferred

Skills and competencies:

  • Proven ability to identify, solve problems and ability to make well-reasoned decisions. 
  • Excellent communications, organization, interpersonal, analytical skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively bring individuals from multiple areas together to resolve identified issues.
  • Computer proficient including working knowledge of desktop software applications (e.g., excel, word, access, etc.)     
  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data; takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
  • Adapts information/style to the audience, explains difficult information clearly, establishes consensus, attains agreement
  • Promotes teamwork; motivates, coaches and guides others
