Our client is a high growth technology start up with a strong proposition of product offering in artificial intelligence. In view of accelerated growth plans, with a clear road-map of geographical expansion in the years to come - our client has created a Finance Business Partner position, designated to set up the FP&A function and be a key business partner to the internal stakeholders.

Description

Reporting directly to president of the organisation, you will be responsible for the setting up of the FP&A function here in Singapore overseeing a regional scope. As a key business partner to the leadership team, you will provide advice primarily targeted at the growth of the organisation, enabling smooth decision making to them. Through in depth analytics, you will provide sounds recommendations in business propositions such as capital investments, pricing of projects to clients.

Profile

ideally, you are CA/CPA qualified with a degree in accounting/finance. You have at least 8 years of experience in the FP&A space with prior experience in the Big 4. You thrive in a dyanmic environment that promotes constant growth and changes that increase efficiency. You are proactive, resourceful and analytical as an individual who excels at exploring beyond the status quo. Prior experience in a fast paced MNC, or an entrepreneurial/ startup environment with SAAS would be highly advantageous.
