My client is looking for a Financial Accountant to come in and support with their year end, but the role also looks at a number of different aspects within the finance function.
Client Details
The client has recently relocated offices, has gone through significant periods of growth and is looking to build and stabilise the team.
Description
- Preparation of timely and accurate month end reporting packs
- Preparation of deferred revenue schedules
- Vat returns and PAYE / NIC payments
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage and develop Finance Assistants
- Assisting in financial integration of acquisitions
- Identifying matters that require review within the accounts
- Liaison with auditors and preparation of year end audit packs
- Assist in the development and refinement of internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts
Profile
- Qualified - essential
- Well rounded accounting skill set
- Previous management experience - desirable
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in an office 5 days a week
