We are looking for a Manager within the Valuation, Modelling & Economics (VME) team in the Cayman or Bermuda office.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager focused on valuation, you will be an important part of our diversely talented, highly experienced VME team, and you will gain experience from working on a wide variety of assignments across our many clients.

• Analyze financial and other information in relation to our clients
• Manage a team of junior analysts
• Liaise with clients regarding business performance, cash flow forecasts and prospects and understanding key valuation drivers
• Use current technology and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Contribute to an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment

Skills and attributes for success

The ideal candidate will be seeking to become a professional in our VME team will have the following attributes:

• Strong excel, financial modeling, communication and report writing skills
• Demonstrated experience in the application of different valuation methodologies
• Demonstration of interpersonal and client relationship skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships
• An ability to manage multiple commitments and stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and actively work within project teams of varying sizes and skills
• Problem solving skills
• An aptitude for identifying key issues, conducting research and developing valuation models
• An eagerness to develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• CPA, CFA or equivalent designation
• A commitment to pursuing a relevant business valuation professional designation
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• MS Office proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm
• Financial modelling experience
