Currently we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and well-organized candidates with a proven flair for figures to apply for a position of Controller in Divisional & BA Finance team. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on Swiss Universal Bank headcount and direct expenses
  • Cost Transfers controlling – manage full-year forecast, financial planning, budgeting, month close activities, monthly analysis and reporting to senior management
  • Regular coordination with business partners and subject matter specialists across functions to manage and capture the cost drivers and provide maximum clarity on front office charges and challenge status quo
  • Coordination of Vendor Management approval process in Swiss Universal Bank (direct impact on divisional Direct expenses)
  • Manage ongoing improvements of existing processes and mitigation of related risks

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • 3 years of proven work experience within banking, finance or accounting
  • University degree in finance, economics or mathematics (as primary or secondary field of studies)
  • Proven MS Office skills (especially practical Excel knowledge, VBA would be an asset).
  • Analytical skills and holistic thinking, flair for data and figures
  • Hardworking, result oriented, and reliable personality with drive to develop
  • Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High motivation for professional development
