The Finance Director will,

• have a direct line to the CEO and dotted line to the Head of Business Development
• manage the Accounting, Finance, and Compliance & Risk Management Departments under the Finance Division.

Description

As the Finance Director, you will be based in the Makati office responsible for the ff:

• In charge of directing the company's financial organisation.
• Responsible for financial analysis and reporting; taxation; insurance; credit control; accounts payable and receivable; inventory and costs control; and budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversees treasury and corporate finance
• Oversees legal, tax and compliance, and risk assurance.

Profile

To successfully apply for the Finance Director role you would ideally be/have:

• CPA with at least 15 years of relevant experience
• experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries
• proficiency in SAP
• experience in accounting, asset management, credit management, corporate finance, treasury, compliance, and audit
• strong communication skills
• strong understanding of business processes and operations, and the value chain
