About the Role:
As an integral part of the HR services and operations team, the purpose of these roles is to provide high quality HR advice, payroll processing services and deliver on redeployment activities and outcomes.
Duties:
- Payroll administration: maintenance of payroll records and employee records, recruitment documentation pertaining to contracts
- Processing of payroll, allowances, and deductions
- End to end payroll
- Resolve complex payroll issues within a timely manner
- Provide support and advice to internal and external stakeholder on HR operational policy and processes
Key skills/Personal attributes:
- Prior experience in a similar payroll-centric role under Australian rules and regulations
- Relevant qualifications or experience within HR or payroll
- Team player, can work collaboratively and as a part of a wider team to achieve own and team targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational, coordination and attention to detail to meet deadlines
- Technical expertise in Chris21, SAP, JDE ideal
- Demonstrate appropriate judgement and problem-solving skills within defined parameters
- A strong sense of professionalism whilst dealing with sensitive information
- Reliable and punctual
Required:
- Full working rights in Australia, ability to work a full working week of 38 hours
- Previous experience in a high performing, high volume environment
- Commitment to work office located in the Melbourne CBD, Monday to Friday
