By joining our brand-new European Central Operations, you’ll work for an international leader at the heart our client delivery operating model, and service our most prestigious alternative investment clients from across Europe and beyond. About the role

As part of a team, you’ll handle the implementation and administration of a portfolio of client holding, financing, intellectual property and real estate companies.

That will see you taking care of day-to-day operations of the companies and responding to client requests, as well as preparing company accounts, statutory financial statements, periodic tax returns and more. You’ll help organise board and shareholders’ meetings too, and take part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions from mergers and acquisitions to spin-offs.

About you

Organised and flexible, you’ll be able to work as a team and independently. Deadlines don’t faze you, and you’ll have real energy, commitment and ambition.

Your strong academic background will ideally include a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or Economics. Beyond this, you’ll have up to 2 years’ relevant experience and be working towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification. You should be fluent in English, while knowledge of real estate or private fund equity administration would be a bonus.

Monthly Salary: From 1750 Euro Gross
