This position manages and guides the budget, forecast, reporting and analysis processes in GCSEA. The role is to lead planning and analytics in alignment with globally and market defined processes and timelines. The role also leads the team to provide stake holders with timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis, which supports them in their business decision-making.

Description
Drives the annual budget process, monthly reporting and forecast process
* Consolidates financial planning & reporting and KPIs for GCSEA
* Provides insights and analysis to senior management of the business on opportunities, risks of business plans, scenarios planning, and impact on financial performance and outcomes.
* Ensures high quality, accurate and data driven financial analysis for senior management and Functions' for decision making.
* Take ownership of financial plans, monitoring of financial targets/KPIs, and related processes.
* Work with regional/global financial teams to deliver projects and initiatives to streamline the process
* Provides leadership to the FP&A; team, and assess team competencies; recruit, retain and develop a team of FP&A; professionals to anticipate growth of the Company. Particular emphasis on succession planning thru periodic organization planning review, caring for the career paths of team members, knowledge sharing and coaching of business partnering skills.
* Develops and reports key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning in linewith local requirements and global standards
* Provides guidance and analysis for continuous process improvement, business case development, target setting and tracking, investment decision, pricing, cost efficiency and other project based or ad-hoc topics.
Profile
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with experience in operating budget accounting, tracking, preparation and management (retail, wholesale and licensing background a plus).
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
* Must have high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Well organized with an ability to multitask efficiently.
* Team player possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and determine effective actions
* Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions within an entrepreneurial environment
