You will be responsible for:

• Resolving purchase invoices queries using system supported by OCR technology and Microsoft driven workflow tool
• Process payment runs based on a weekly schedule and perform payment audit
• Monitor critical suppliers, overdue vendor balances and resolve disputes, clarify any questionable items
• Audit employee expense reports online for accuracy and compliance with the Travel and Leaving policy
• Investigate and resolve T&L related issues and queries
• Prepare process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Support AP and T&L month-end closing activities
• Improve analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reporting to optimize existing processes and eliminate inefficiencies according to business requirements joining improvement projects in areas of Account Payables and Travel & Leaving
• Cooperate with countries like France, Denmark, UK, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Germany or Poland

Requirements:

• Accounting or financial education
• Experience in a similar position is much appreciated
• Knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL Server, Outlook, Concur would be a plus
