Team Manager Finance PES
Location: Amsterdam

As the Team Manager Finance you will be a vital part of our Finance - Private Equity Services team, providing support to the Director Finance role on the review process and planning of accounting and fiscal matters, as well as acting as part of our client management team and proxyholder of Intertrust. A dynamic role with lots of room for growth and increased responsibilities.
The position
As Team Manager Finance you will be part of a local and collaborative management team of 3-4 fte. You will report into the Director Finance and will be jointly responsible for the daily management of a client portfolio, mainly focused on Finance - PES: servicing US-based Private Equity investors.
You will interact with Senior Financial Account Managers regarding annual reports, tax filings, invoicing and cash collection and be in the lead for planning and review of relevant (client) documentation. In addition, as Team Lead Finance - PES you will be in the lead for managing complex (M&A) transactions for our client portfolio.
Your responsibilities
- Review and sign off on annual accounts
- Review and sign off on tax filings
- Finance specific / PES Managing complex (M&A) transactions for PE/Fund clients
- To go to person for managing the payments process and transaction monitoring
- Knowledge-sharing with the financial team
- Involvement with process development for accounting and fiscal deliverables
- Managing the invoicing and cash collection process
- Act as proxyholder for Intertrust on execution of client documentation
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Business Economics;
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Accounting;
- A great command of English and you speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues alike;
- Knowledge of professional services industries such as SL and team specific/ FUNDS PESfunds, accounting and private equity is preferred;
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is essential;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
- A proactive approach to everyday tasks and team-oriented person;
- A desire to work with different cultures.
