Client Details
A medium sized company looking to expand their finance department post covid-19 pandemic.
Description
- VAT reporting, including foreign sales and purchases
- Intrastat
- Control AR and AP functions, including warrant debt. Reporting to management team and directors on a weekly and month basis
- Control company Paypal accounts
- Reconcile various manufacturer's accounts
- Countersign all accounts Credit application forms
- Complete AP account request forms
Profile
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Outstanding numeracy skills
- Ability to work alone and part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills for effective communication with members of staff at all levels
- Well-presented and professional attitude
- Personable, enthusiastic and approachable
