Description

Page Outsourcing is one of the newest brands to PageGroup PLC, Operating in start up environment, this role will establish and develop the Page Outsourcing Commercial team, reporting into the Global Bids, Solutions and Commercial Director. This is an excellent opportunity to establish best practices and new ways of working within a diverse, fast growing environment. You will be responsible for building and using pricing models to ensure the commercial team can give accurate proposals for perspective clients. Working in multiple countries and building relationships with key stakeholders across our business.

  • Global: work with a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders and clients across our global business.
  • Scalable: help us build pricing tools and processes that can meet the challenges of a rapidly growing business.
  • Consistent: work to develop a detailed understanding of our cost of delivery in different markets, ensure controls and processes are appropriate.
  • Creative: assist with pricing development and creating compelling commercial narratives for our clients through business case development and cost saving analysis
  • Transparent: consistently revisit, challenge and test our commercial output and foster a culture of openness and learning.

Profile

Due to the complex pricing model exposure, we are looking for someone with experience building pricing models within a similar setting, ideally within an RPO / MSP business model, however, this is an advantage. This would mean you would need advanced Excel skills.

The ideal candidate will have a finance background and be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) alongside working in a client facing commercial role previously.
