FP&A Analyst, APAC - Property

Supporting the Finance Director and FP&A manager, you will prepare, analyse and interpret key financial and non-financial data by using Business Intelligence Tools. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, the Finance team, Global facilities team, and the local business managers to determine opportunities for developing business reporting and where appropriate will funnel any pure financial accounting issues to the appropriate person.

Description

Property Portfolio

• Maintain a central property register for the APAC region
• Maintain property records in shared drive
• Monitor each office for renewals, price increases and capacity
• Prepare business case for office renewal and new offices as required
• Follow up on all property lease related matters, including signing of lease and advising the Transactional Finance team on accounting treatments of property transactions.
• Assist in the compliance of global framework around office design

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process for the APAC property cost
