We currently have the requirement for an Accounts Assistant based in the Bedford area. I am recruiting for a SME business. The position is a full-time role, focused on finance administration. The team has an exciting plan for the upcoming year and want someone who can share their vision. We have up to 28K for this position depending on experience.
Day to day duties (included but aren't limited to):
Produce monthly accruals.
Process purchase orders.
Reconciliation of bank accounts.
Credit card reconciliations.
To provide assistance at the Year End Audit.
Allocation of daily cash.
Ideal Candidate profile:
• The job will require excellent numeracy, literacy, communication and organisational skills.
• It is a small team, within a demanding start-up business environment and it is essential that
you can work under your own initiative and able to prioritise and work efficiently according
to monthly reporting deadlines with minimal guidance.
Working hours: 40 hours within Monday - Friday 6:30am-6:30pm. You are in control of when you fit your hours in.
You must have at least 2 years experience in a finance department.
