My client an impressive growing commercial real estate business is looking to expand due to its currently performance and growth. Their global presence and strong performances the finance function is also looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a newly/nearly qualified accountant and wants to join an impressive business making a lot of noise in their sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing commercial analysis into client sector, demonstrating the effectiveness of the clients solution in comparison to other suppliers and market benchmarks
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure data is provided in an efficient and accurate manner
- Support commercial modelling for real estate solutions to other clients within the sector
Skills and Experience Required:
- Commercial modelling and data analysis background required
- Studying or a recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Commercial property background desirable but not essential.
- Working knowledge of reporting within Power BI
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency and good experience in Excel modelling / analysis and knowledge of Power BI
