Description

As Payroll Manager, you will be leading the payroll function that is responsible for processing the payroll for c. 3,000 employees. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Motivating, leading and coaching the team
  • Overseeing the processing of the payroll
  • Ensuring all of the payroll data is accurate and compliant
  • Acting as a point of escalation for complex payroll issues
  • Driving continuous improvement throughout the payroll function
  • Supporting with the implementation of a new payroll system
  • Liaising with HMRC regarding deductions, reporting and payments etc...
  • Setting up new payroll
  • Reviewing and processing the BACs

Profile

To apply for this position, you must:

  • Have a proven track record of working in payroll
  • Have experience of supervising / managing others
