Client Details
My client is a growing company with an international presence seeking to add a Payroll Team Leader to their payroll team.
Description
The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing a team of 3 payroll administrators
- Drive technological improvements across the payroll team
- Provide payroll and pensions support to the team
- Payroll related tasks such as SPP, SMP etc.
- Recording holidays, starters, leavers, sickness etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent up to date payroll knowledge
- Be enthusiastic in driving processes and procedures forward and be keen to see how technology can be adapted to streamline the payroll function
- Have excellent IT skills
