The opportunity
You will lead diverse client engagement teams to help our clients with a broad range of advisory services and provide meaningful insights across a broad spectrum of financial topics. Your key responsibilities
You’ll spend most of your time teaming with capital management and industry professionals to develop and deliver a wide range of capital management strategies and solutions.

- Developing technical capabilities in a wide range of subjects including CCAR stress testing, capital planning, end-to-end capital adequacy processes and overall capital management strategies
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or a related discipline; an MBA or master’s is a plus
- More than five years of relevant experience in a capital management domain (stress testing, economic capital, financial planning and analysis, etc.)
- The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced project management and client service skills
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value add solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and teaming skills
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs. A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Consulting, stress testing, regulatory or Rating Agency experience, or accounting/control function experience
- Strong quantitative and technology skills
