Audit, Internal audit
You'll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Trust and Risk bring this to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience.

As a Governance, Risk and Controls Specialist in our Trust and Risk team your impact will be seen by:
  • Partnering with clients to help them mitigate the risks they face, by developing internal audit and risk management strategies to strengthen their existing controls and processes
  • Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding their objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environments
  • Helping clients navigate an evolving risk landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these to clients in an impactful way
  • Identifying, building and implementing compliance frameworks to meet our client's ever increasing regulatory environment

About you

You have a background in governance, risk and controls and are skilled in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies, holding an understanding of the commercial issues facing businesses and how to influence client conversations.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Risk Assurance team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.

You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
