BizPay Group Pty Ltd is a technology platform that solves cash flow issues associated with paying business invoices.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager: Business Analyst to join our team.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification. At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience is required.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps and prioritise the implementation of new features and set specific timelines;
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users, participate in system configuration and analyse competition.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and BNPL solutions and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information, solutions and best practices;
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination, integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies;
  • Lead or participate in multiple programs of work by completing and updating documentation; managing scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships;
  • Liaise with the operations department to ensure proper change management, training and positioning of new products and processes and monitor and report on users' reactions after launching;
  • Perform quality assurance controls on products and processes and coordinate with the delivery and engineering team to deliver functional solutions;
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results;
  • Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results;
  • Recognising and capitalising on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organisational changes and new responsibilities;
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience and support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
This is a full time role with an immediate start available. An attractive remuneration package of $110,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
