Senior Financial Accountant

Work for one of the largest housing organisations in the country, producing technical accounting.

Client Details

This client is a large and well established housing organisation with property all over the country. The majority of their operations and the head office is based in Central London. The organisation have changed finance systems and developed the corporate infrastructure of the organisation to provide the best possible service to the business, including in finance.

The finance team is extremely high calibre and is looking for a qualified, chartered accountant to join the team.

Description

• Key financial reporting across the organisation
• Working closely with the Head of Financial Accounting on the year-end audit process
• Liaising with senior stakeholders on key technical financial queries
• Line management of a financial accountant
• Tax and VAT returns
• Development of key finance processes

Profile

You will be a fully qualified chartered accountant, that has either qualified in practice and moved into a financial accounting role, or you have remained in practice to reach audit manager level.

A strong understanding of the audit process, financial reporting, regulation and compliance (including VAT), will be required for this role.

Job Offer

Salary £70,000 to £75,000 plus benefits.
