Description
The duties will include but are no limited to:
- Contacting debtors to chase outstanding remittance advice
- Cash allocation
- Monthly account reconciliation
- Assisting with invoice & debt related queries
- Assisting the Accounts Receivable Manager with debt analysis & commentary
- Assisting the Management Accountants with month end processes
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to build both internal & external relationships
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
- Show exceptional attention to detail
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous use of Sage 50 or Open Accounts software - desirable
