Major roles and responsibilities:
1. Understand the business, monitor the progress, and assist in developing long term strategies

3. Identify deficiencies within the business and develop internal control systems to minimize risks
4. Analyze the need for policies in these companies and develop suitable policies
5. Guide/supervise the accounts/finance departments of these companies to enable efficient and robust accounting
