Financial Controller - VC Backed Startup Technology Business

Salary: £65-75,000 base (dependent on experience) plus bonus, equity & benefits

Location: Central London / Fully Flexible / Remote

A growing international VC backed startup tech company is looking for a Group Financial Controller. The Group Financial Controller will report to the CFO and will continue to build and run the financial control function as the business continues to accelerate and commercialise.

**The company has an office in London but offers fully flexible working so the individual can work 100% remotely if they want or split their time between home and office. There are also other flexible working locations for someone based outside of London.**

The Group Financial Controller will take ownership of the core monthly financial processes as well as support the CFO with a variety of growth related projects such as setting up & integrating new international entities, improving processes, systems & controls, building & developing the team and a number of other ad hoc tasks.

This is a super exciting time to join the organisation as it launches new revenue streams and expands further internationally.

The ideal profile would be an ACA/ACCA qualified (audit trained) accountant with a few years post qualified experience either in a group finance or financial reporting / finance manager / FC role. It would be the ideal next step for someone looking for an exciting new challenge in a smaller, VC backed business.
