• Complete responsibility for Saudi Zakat and future VAT compliance requirements, process, and accounting obligations.
• Ownership of the Tax and Zakat function across the company.
• Ensure timely regulatory filing of Zakat and future VAT.
• Prepare reports such as reconciliations, analysis, summaries etc. for management.
• Coordinate with Auditors, Saudi Zakat Department, VAT Authorities etc. in a timely manner.
• Keep updating himself about latest changes in Saudi Zakat and VAT rules and regulations.
• Record all accounting entries related to Zakat and VAT in the accounting system.
• Review, check, and verify entries done by other users related to Zakat and VAT in the accounting system.
