What you'll achieve
Global Rebates Finance Team is looking for a Specialist to join our team in Bangalore to support our Channel Sales Group. Our business partners are in sites across the globe and this is an excellent opportunity to get exposure to supporting a team in diverse locations. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that welcomes different perspectives and a spirit of innovation. You will:

• Vendor Master Management Activity
• Working with key stakeholders to ensure the payments are processed by AP without any constraints
• Payment Aging Management to ensure the payment are processed within SLA. Resolve all aged transactions.
• Partner Helpdesk, Telephone Research or Web Research
• Prepare quarterly Rebates Calculations working the regional Finance Controllers.
• Manage Daily Payments to partners for various Rebate Programs

Essential Requirements

• The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in finance
• Proven business acumen with good financial awareness
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, at ease with numbers
• Strong Excel and written/oral communication skills
• Ability to manage varying workloads during the month/quarter end and proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Can work independently and be a self-starter
• Flexible and able to learn on the fly and be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity

• Strong team player with ability to work in remote teams
• Enthusiastic, forward thinking, self-motivated individual, willing to learn, results
• Flexible towards Shift Timings and support during high volume
