This is a great opportunity for a Business focused Business Analyst
As a Business focused Business Analyst you will work in business change related projects within the Project Delivery department under the Sales & Aftersales and Central Functions workstreams.
You will work in partnership with key stakeholders and business SMEs to research, analyse and evaluate requirements & processes to deliver measurable positive Business Change.
Role & Responsibilities:
You will fully support the project/programme managers and the business change implementation teams.
You will provide a complete breadth of business analysis services to a wide-ranging portfolio of projects. Such services will include high-level and detailed business requirements; production and review of a variety of documentation including manuals and procedures; production of technical process models and process diagrams; development of deliverables relating to testing including use cases and test cases etc.; production of business impact assessments and other business readiness deliverables including business process design and documentation, presented in an easily digestible format.
You will be an engaging, dynamic, collaborative, proactive team player with broad business analysis experience, as well as a track record of supporting a range of business change projects, in terms of size and complexity. These areas might include:
• Elicitation and management of requirements from stakeholders across the business
• Participation in all stages of the project lifecycle from business case, requirements, design, test and go live transition
• Be a positive advocate of change, promoting the role and value of business analysis
• Ensuring appropriate quality and governance controls for BA deliverables
• Identification and management of business risks on projects
Knowledge & Experience:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to tailor content depending on audience coupled with ability to explain complexity with ease and fluidity.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills as well as creative problem solving
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to engage successfully with diverse groups including executives, managers, subject matter experts in order to successfully elicit requirements; gain consensus where needed and to effectively challenge assumptions if necessary
• Experience of project life cycles
• Aptitude for solving unstructured problems
• Able to assimilate data from various sources and to design, construct and execute complex analyses that support in solving business problems
• Able to work independently and deliver quality results on time
• Demonstrable experience of working in a retail and consumer-facing business is desirable
• Strong experience in a relevant business change project/support role
