Job summary
The Senior Finance Analyst will work with business partners cross-functionally from supply chain, transportation and fulfilment centers to optimize the total fulfilment cost of every unit delivered by Amazon in EU. He/She will work closely with the business teams to drive insight through analysis and controls leading to implementation of actions to build or refine processes that improve the customer experience and lower cost for the benefit of our customers. The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, controls and analysis of EU fulfillment planning for all Amazon EU purchases. The role is broad in scope and will require an individual who is motivated to make an impact. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; will be a creative and analytical problem solver with the ability to fulfill the Amazon motto to "Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History."

Role Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain financial controls and processes via continuous auditing and reporting of both the inputs into and outputs of fulfillment planning (F2P) decisions for all Amazon EU customer purchases.
• Build financial models, end-to-end financial controllership and reporting for Inbound programs Enhance and scale existing tools, develop agile processes, design and implement new solutions.
• Develop next generation operational and financial metrics or dashboards. Lead continuous cost improvements and track savings.
• Present, defend and gain support for these initiatives from senior management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Intermediate SQL experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience within a highly analytical role within a fast-paced metrics driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models.
• Ability to perform complex analysis and commune results across a cross-functional stakeholder organization.
