This is an fantastic chance to join an accomplished payroll team as the stand-alone payroll officer in a full-time capacity administering the pay for approximately 180 employees on a fortnightly basis.

Responsibilities include (summarised):
  • Running the full end-to-end payroll process for approximately 180 employees.
  • Interpret EBA and health industry awards.
  • Review and analyse current payroll, benefits and tax procedures.
  • Ability to view and implement change for the benefit of the business.
  • Be responsible for the entire payroll process.

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have (summarised):
  • 3-5+ years experience in full end-to-end payroll processing position.
  • Chris21/IChris Experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Excellent time-management ensuring pay-runs deadlines are met
  • Ability to interpret complex awards and EBA's
