• $900 - $1000 per day inc super
• Initial 12 month contract with scope to extend

About this organisation:

One of Australia's leading insurers is looking for a Lead BA to work on their finance optimisation projects team, first delivering on a pricing remediation project.

About the role:

Joining as a Lead Business Analyst you will deliver on a pricing remediation project, investigating and identifying areas of the business which need remediating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project in understanding areas of the business where there is potential pricing remediation needed
• Bridge the gap between the business stakeholders and the technology side by using your strong understanding of data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Once identified discover the underlying issues to prevent further remediation being required
• Design, plan and execute the approach to the delivery of the project

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, leading teams in delivery
• Strong understanding of data models, data analytics and to present data to business stakeholders
• Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and lead the coordination between operational and development teams
• Comfortable operating in primarily BAU environments, applying a project approach.
