Group Accountant

Job Responsibilities

To analyze, reconciles and evaluate accuracy of general ledger, accounting details, revenues and expenditures.
Personally handles complex spreadsheets and resolve discrepancies as necessary.
To perform credit control functions in conjunction with domestic sales management.
To design and recommend changes in accounting procedures and system so that overall operations can be more efficient.
To implement accounting control and measures so as to manage day to day operations effectively and efficiently.
To monitor and ensure full compliance of the accounting standard of the country.
To develop and implement a product costing system.
Progressively put together a SOP for all the functions within the Group.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Exposure to manufacturing and public listed entities is an advantage
Business-focused, meticulous, proactive, analytical and independent
Ability to interact at all levels.
Able to start work immediately
