MART Team: We own the MIS and regulatory reporting function for Global Derivative Operations & Futures/Options and Private Banking. As a centralized operations group, we cater to stakeholders across Back office and middle office to provide Operational risk metrics, performance and efficiency metrics, regulatory compliance reports and analytics. This is an exciting space for those who would love to work with data having an operations and business perceptive. It is a fast pace team constantly evolving its process to align with changes in reporting due to industry / regulatory changes, technology changes, internal management needs, and focus areas. The role provides opportunity to work with senior management across operation groups globally, project managers and our technology partners.

Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities
- Daily/ Weekly reports monitoring and publishing to senior management and operations group
- Get involved in process improvements for better client experience & automation of reports generation.
- Regulatory and control metrics to measure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigation and resolution on internal queries on the reports and work with stakeholders on enhancements
- Work closely with stakeholders on new reporting requirements, and with technology teams on changes to incorporate in reports
- Providing analytics on the report with trends, root cause and business context
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 5 years experience
- Exposure to Derivative, IB Operations, Regulatory reporting will be an advantage
- Inclination towards data analytics and automation
