Mission

Supporting Nissan Europe Accounting & Control organization by performing accounting activities, reporting and analysis.

Objectives
  • Support Accounting & Control Team on monthly and quarterly processes, Preparation of statistical data for statutory authorities, Support Accounting & Control Team on ad hoc reporting related to cost control activities, Support internal control activities, Support financial reporting creation and variance analysis

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Monthly/quarterly closing processes
  • Support on Warranty & Campaign provisions
  • Logistics costs & royalties : assistance on extractions, checks and preparation for accrual calculation
  • Monthly follow up
  • Warranty expenditures, variance analysis and accruals & follow up with RNTBCI on pending items
  • Service contracts : monthly controls and monitoring of database information
  • support in the preparation of monthly reports : data for HQ Binder and other internal control activities, ad hoc financial reporting and variance
  • JE monthly reconciliation : FBT extractions, verification of completeness in the sharepoint
  • JSOX sharepoint : controls and evidences collection

Education Required

Ideally the candidate will have an accounting/finance degree and studying for a master degree in finance or other related subject

Specific Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Excel: advance level skill-set required (knowledge of functions like: V-lookup, Sumif, Sumproduct and Pivot tables)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: medium level skill-set preferred

Soft Skills
  • Well organized
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Team spirit

Language Skills
  • English: spoken fluent and good written communication

INTERNSHIP - min 1 year assignment (preferably 2 years)
