GIW (Global Information Warehouse) is a single, integrated global source for Cash, Trade, Liquidity and Securities financial transaction and reporting information, both historical and intra-day.
TTS has made strategic investments in key technologies which will enable our business to grow and innovate into the future.
We are expanding our Technology team and have positions at Business Analyst and Lead Business Analyst Level.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
As a Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible for working with business, technology and operational partners to understand business strategy, requirements and translate these into functional solutions for large data initiatives and programs. Drive and deliver end-2-end solutions to business partners and applications within critical timeline and high quality.
The ideal candidates will be technically astute, well organized, proactive and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels.

- Help the team in building a scalable solution and design of all deliverables in the organization right through initiation phase to the implementation and even the post implementation phase.
- Understating of the Business side, ensuring that the requirements are fully understood and documented, the data and technical design are fit for purpose and issues are analysed and addressed in a timely manner.
- Enable teams to production of functional requirements documents, data mapping documents, maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability, and reviewing the test plan and cases as required
- Build proven mechanism to analyse existing data flows across a number of branches and processes in GIW, AML and GSD
Knowledge/Experience:
- Enterprise Data platforms, data solutions, data Warehouse/ETL design and development methodologies knowledge and experience required.
- Cross-functional IT experience in enterprise application development and interface design.
