Job Description
The Modern Apprentice will be trained as a Payroll Officer providing an effective payroll service for a range of Comhairle employees. You will work towards a Level 3 MA in Business & Admin - achievability one year.
The postholder will be trained in payroll, playing a key role in ensuring that the Payroll service delivers a first class service to the Comhairle's departments. They will also be trained to assist in the administration of pension records.
Requirements
You must have a National 5 or equivalent in Maths and English.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade.
