We are looking for a strong finance leader to undertake the post of Advanced Finance Analyst (Costing/Value-Based Healthcare)

This is an excellent opportunity to provide the support to the Health Boards Finance Intelligence function with the aim of improving patient outcomes, experiences and delivering value for money.

The key responsibilities of this role will be :
  • Maintenance of the Board's Costing System
  • Production of Statutory Costing Returns
  • Development of Benchmarking Intelligence across the Health Board
  • To assist in the development of Value Based Healthcare within the Health Board and produce required reports for management throughout the Health Board

The role will involve extensive engagement with key stakeholders, including Service Group management, Clinicians and counterparts from other Health Boards and Financial Delivery Unit.

The role will require excellent communication and analytical skills and an understanding of costing principles.
