Your field of responsibility

This role provides direct support and works closely with Global Trading Solutions (GTS) management, trading heads, and COO’s. Aside from business-driven responsibilities for GTS, this role is a part of the greater IB Finance Group. In this capacity, will provide support and input into overall Investment Banking -driven deliverables such as monthly financial performance, quarterly earnings, annual planning, and regular forecasting. Will also be essential for any legal entity and regulatory-based responsibilities.

The US GTS Finance team is the part of globally distributed team across (London, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Zurich) to drive deliverables across businesses and time zones. The team succeeds with collaborating and developing key partnerships, while being responsible for the key financial constructs for the GTS businesses. Your skills and experience

GTS Finance is looking for an individual with a strong academic background, who is a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. 

  • Accounting or Finance background with strong academic record; CPA, CFA preferred
  • Proven experience of at least 7+ years’ within Financial Services, ideally with one of the Products
  • Must be organized, with attention to detail and flexibility to adjust to “tasks-at-hand”
  • Work well in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proficient performing financial analysis and monitoring budgets, actuals, and forecasts
  • Working knowledge of Derivatives, Macro and Emerging markets a plus
  • Ability and maturity to deal with senior management
  • Able to communicate optimally at all levels and MS office skills
  • Working knowledge of Essbase desirable
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to summarize information for senior management
