About Us: We are a well-established and stable manufacturing factory. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our two companies located in Brendale.
The Position: Reporting directly to the business owners you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. You will have to ability to juggle both bookkeeping responsibilities and administration tasks.

Key responsibilities and skills required include:
- Ability to prioritise deadlines, multitask, have solid organisational skills and work both independently and within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure with high levels of accuracy
- Reception desk, switchboard and manage multiple email addresses for 2 companies dealing with both customer and supplier enquiries. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required.
- Customer Liaison in person, via telephone and by email.
- A minimum of Certificate IV in Accounting or Bookkeeping is desirable
- Solid experience with data entry, MYOB AccountRight, Excel and Word
- All aspects of Payroll (including Superannuation reporting & payment)
- AR invoice processing and management of debtors and debt collection
- AP invoice processing, reconciliation and payments, including batching and uploading to banks for approval via MYOB
- Preparation and lodgement of IAS, Work Cover, Payroll Tax.
- Bank reconciliations/Journals and preparation of accounts up to Trial Balance, P & L and BS Level to submit to Accountant for perusal and lodgement of BAS.
