The Role
Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Business Analyst will work alongside the Implementation team members to develop the migration schedule for the successful implementation of the data transition, by:
- Working with the account managers and engaging in clear and insightful communication to best understand business needs and prepare for the migration
- Complete detailed analysis of broker feature dependencies to transform current system setup to future state
- Work closely with the implementation team to schedule brokers into relevant migration groups, including scheduling the groups in relevant training schedules
- Develop broker verification process and migration scheduling as technology deployments progress
- Provide post-migration support to wider implementation team
- Effectively communicate with implementation team members, project sponsors and stakeholders.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large data sets, excel, and salesforce
- Proven ability to quickly understand the business operation and decision-making processes
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels
