Working on-site with our clients our Business Analysts are expected to lead organisations towards the goal of Customer Engagement Optimisation.
Summary
The purpose of this role is to work with core business stakeholders and users to identify and create a
requirements specification to create system and software solutions; and to communicate the plan and
drive the execution of enterprise level system installations of the Verint suite of products, and manage
integration efforts by providing leadership, motivation and support to the project team. The Business
Analyst will manage all processes related to functional and non-functional business
requirements capture and documentation; design, implementation, identify, categorise and mitigate risks
and manage the relationship with the customers. The overall aim of the Business Analyst is to ensure the customers' requirements / expectations are met and managed effectively. In
addition the role also requires the candidate to support with sales cycle activities such as, Statement of
Works, Professional Services scoping; and providing supporting to Account and bid teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst
_ Engaging with business users to formulate and document business
requirements
_ Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and
work practices
_ Capturing and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business
practices, and system functionality and behaviour, through consultation and
workshops
_ Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating,
adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality
and integrity of the system
_ Creating business user and training documentation, and conducting formal
training classes
_ Developing functional and non-functional specifications for use by system
developers
_ Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system
specifications for the design and development of system software
_ Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and
assistance in the system project decision making process to customers and
partners
_ Working collaboratively with Direct Customer and Channel Partner project
teams
_ Initiating key handovers between sales and support teams as per the defined
process
JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
? Demonstrated minimum 5 years' experience in leading enterprise scale software requirements
gathering, construct and deployment
? Experience translating business process knowledge to customers
? Experience working with customer and partner project, data and infrastructure systems
? Experience in process improvement & Project management
? Strong customer service skills - the ability to quickly understand a customer's environment and provide
efficient solutions drawing from experience
? Negotiation and influencing skills across project and program governance levels
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Commercially driven
? Ability to work effectively under pressure
? Experience using SalesForce Professional Services Automation tools
