KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Compliance
- He/she is the single point of contact of Le Trait site on Internal Control topics
- He/she works in coordination with IA Production units FBPs, Global Internal control teams, Business Process Owners (for the controls in scope) and with plant Management teams
- He/she also ensures that controls are in line with policies and processes designed by the Group and IA Internal Control
- He/she leads quarterly reviews with External auditors and ensures a proper follow-up of action plans identified in the frame of the IC self-assessment, Internal control testing campaigns, and Internal Audits
Controlling
Finance Business Partner for expertise functions i.e. provide analysis of financial performance, challenge management in decision-making process and foster performance improvement.
- Provide accurate and effective management reporting related to trend analysis for future forecasts (expenses, headcount)
- Performance follow up for valorization of improvement plans, follow up of implementation and identifications of mitigating actions
- Contribute to execution of key optimization/transformation projects
- Play an active role in identifying areas to maintain/decrease cost of good
- Support to prepare investments business case, payback calculation
- Project costs controlling related to Quality (Opex/Capex/Headcount)
- Workflow management related to PR Closing entries, accruals preparation for P&L, Process Orders analysis
PROFILE
Professional Experience
- Experience in Finance as IA Finance Business Partner
- Chartered and/or Cost Accountant/Existing exposure in Finance or Controlling
- Additional Big 4 or Internal Audit experience is a plus
