Our client is an leading Financial Service company, the principal activities included asset management, fund management, and brokerage businesses.

  • Oversee the daily operation of Finance Department and responsible for full set of accounts
  • Prepare month-end closing for Type 1,4 and 9 and PE funds and Hedge funds
  • Prepare FRR returns, daily funding sheet and ADD forms to SFC
  • Monitor daily cash flow, funding and answer queries from SFC
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in licensing corporate, SFC 1,4,9
  • Member of CPA is an added advantage
  • High level of multi-tasking and time management skill are required
  • A team-player with excellent working attitude; willing to take on multiple functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
