Our Global Finance Services Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

You will deliver on operational & technical controllership excellence representing the whole spectrums of controllership in the region.

As an Operational Controllership Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accounts reconciliation metric reporting is accurate as per Baker Hughes policy and process.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders and business partner to collect the Trade Receivables, reduction of past dues and improve cash collection
  • Handling Quality-related tasks and various customer portfolio
  • Showing excellent problem-solving, process improvement, investigation and analysis of cash receipts
  • Conducting monthly planning meeting and managing legal escalations

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Finance)
  • Have full professional proficiency in English
  • Have experience in Account Receivables/Reconciliations, handling invoices and preferably from relevant industry
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
  • Have the ability to work independently with the Accenture team etc and be able to identify and drive process improvements
