Based in Zürich, you will be a member of the Real Estate Finance (REF), part of International Financing Group (IFG).  REF provides financing to UHNW & HNW clients to support their investment in both residential and commercial real estate assets with a focus on the major real estate markets in Western Europe. You will work closely with senior management and key internal stakeholders and have responsibility for supporting on the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives that are key to the development and future growth of the REF business.

The team’s activities cover the core competences that are key to a specialist international real estate lending team and which includes experienced professionals in origination, structuring, deal execution, valuation and portfolio management.  Remote Working? Yes 

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience

You have a strong interest in real estate and / or specialist lending combined with strong project management and problem solving skill. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience.

  • Bachelors or Master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Preferred subjects: economics, finance or business.  
  • Previous experience in a lending or investment or advisory firm will be preferred
  • Previous real estate experience will be highly valued. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Trusted team player, capable of completing work with minimal oversight and guidance.
  • Professional and positive attitude, focused on high-quality deliverables.
  • Able to manage regular deadlines as well as flexible to prioritize new urgent business requests. 
  • Continuously strives for improvement, and is proactive in identifying and addressing new risk issues.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills such as German, French, Spanish and/or Italian are beneficial.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
