Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities Division is a market leader across a broad range of commodities markets, with expertise in areas including client risk management, financing solutions and investor products Sales & Trading

Primary Responsibilities

This role is part of Derivatives Structured Products Group in Morgan Stanley supporting our TRS Financing team which is based in London from Budapest. This is a dynamic role and will suit someone who is enthusiastic and proactive.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the desk by managing a number of projects, including:
    • Regulatory obligations (e.g. maintenance of records, audit responses)
    • Manage and drive forward the set up process for Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”) and new transactions via SPVs
  • Coordinate and assist the business with respect to the new transactions and initiatives and with respect to the maintenance of existing transactions
  • Collaborate between the business unit and supporting functions
  • Support the DSP TRS team in analysis to drive business planning, strategy and key priorities
  • Assist in presentations for senior management on key transactions and initiatives
