Your journey with us

• Analyse financial performance, and initiate improvement initiatives (e.g. price strategy, gross margin)
• Monitor Working capital, and initiate improvement initiative
• Trend analysis and initiate improvements:
• Chargeable & non-chargeable hours by service line
• Profitability by client, by product and by service line
• Relationship of salary costs as compared to total revenue by service line
• Net margin by PDM
• Net margin by service line and contribution of each service line
• WIP and write-off at partner level
• MOB/MOP at PDM level
• PFA and write-offs on top of PFA

Key responsibilities

• Key stakeholders: T&L management team, CFO, Finance Partners, Service Line Partners
• Provide financial data insights
• Co-driving with partner community to increase financial performance
• Focus on initiating and driving initiatives to increase shareholder value
• Acts as a consultant towards the business (often works outside the finance organisation)
• Support the business with defining the strategic business plan, and defines key (financial and operational) indicators to measure the performance
• Identifies opportunities (in terms of revenue growth, gross margin, asset management, and market trends)
• Data analytics. Recurring deep dive analyses on business KPI’s (e.g. chargeability at employee level, MOP) to identify ‘bad performers’, and initiate improvement initiatives.
