Our client is a wellknown MNC with nearly 200 years history. They have set up a lot of business in China.

Description

1. Design, implement & maintain an effective and efficient financial reporting process flow for provision of timely, accurate and complete periodic reports required by stakeholders.
2. Provide in-depth financial planning and business analysis including the preparation of the annual plan and monthly forecast, analyze, interpret and communicate monthly financial results to management teams.
3. Develop /maintain financial models to support the annual operating plan and ad hoc strategic initiative analysis.
Accounting and internal control
4. Emphasize the systems, procedures, and controls that force financial discipline, produce reliable and accurate information, enable effective internal control system in according to SOX internal control requirement.
5. Assist ERP team in the implementation, maintenance & improvement of the proper functioning of the manufacturing ERP system.
6. Ensure that financial assets and resources of the company are effectively managed to provide the maximum benefit to the company.
7. Maintain robust product cost tracking system, identify possible deviations in a timely manner and drive for continuous improvement of cost structure.
8. Liaise with other stakeholders in proposing transfer pricing to selling entities according to instructions from regional headquarter.
9. Provide necessary coaching and training to team.

Profile

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in finance, economics or engineering
2. Proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English.
3. 8+ years finance experience in MNCs.
4. 5+ years post qualification experience in a financial leadership role with both operational controllership and financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment
5. Experience on implementing and using ERP system.
6. Experience on managing multiple entities is a plus.
